How It Works
Contact Us: If your bracelet breaks within the warranty period, just reach out to our customer service team.
Receive a Credit or New Piece: Once approved, we will then give you the option of receiving a store credit, or a new piece from the collection. (New pieces are shipped at no cost to you.)

Please Note:
Warranty is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. Any issues that arise after the 45 day period are not covered by this warranty.
